Lhayo Foods Shipping & No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on frozen or perishable items.
Shipping Days
- Frozen orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday only.
- We do not ship frozen items from Wednesday onward to reduce the risk of weekend delays and thawing.
- Orders placed after the weekly shipping cutoff will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
Frozen & Perishable Items
- Frozen and perishable products are carefully packaged to help maintain temperature during transit.
- Please monitor your tracking information and make arrangements to receive your package promptly.
- Lhayo Foods is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or packages left unattended after delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling fees will be charged before the order can be reshipped.
Due to the perishable nature of frozen products, we cannot guarantee that returned frozen items can be reshipped. No refund will be issued for orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and affected products so we can review the issue.
